Located in the Minato Ward, Nagoya, it is a popular sightseeing destination recommended especially for families and couples. It is divided into two areas: “South Building,” which exhibits marine creatures from Japan and around the world, and “North Building,” where you can learn about marine lives.

In the “South Building,” there are massive tanks where large fish such as whale sharks and manta rays swim, and you can experience the thrilling world of the ocean. You can also enjoy exciting performances such as popular dolphin and killer whale shows.

In the “North Building,” you can see a variety of creatures living in different environments, such as polar regions and tropical waters, which is very educational. Additionally, there are restaurants and shops in the building, so you can enjoy the aquarium and relax.
