    About reservation and use

  • What is the capacity?
    The capacity for each room is as follows:
    5 people: AGUANIEVE, DULCIS, and ABENDSTERN
    6 people: NASCOR
    12 people: SPLENDIDUM
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in: 3:00 PM ~ 6:00 PM Check-out: 8:00 AM ~ 10:00 AM
  • Is it possible to change the number of guests and plan?
    Yes. It is possible to change them until 3 days before your check-in date.

    If you would like to change the number of guests, it’s possible to do so online from a reservation confirmation email.
    Due to system constraints, I am afraid you cannot change your plan online, so please cancel your current reservation first and make a new one.
    *When making a new reservation to make a plan change, please write “Change from [original plan] to [new plan]” in the comments section of the new reservation.
    *If it is not written, the change may be treated as a cancellation.
  • What are the payment methods?
    You can use these following payment methods at our facility:

  • Is it possible to use your facility with my pet?
    I am afraid we cannot accommodate guests staying with their pets.
  • Is there a parking lot?
    Yes. Each building has a free parking lot.
  • Are there cancellation fees?
    A cancellation fee will apply starting 30 days before your check-in date. (30 days before: 50 % of the total plan fee | 7 days before: 100 % of the total plan fee)
    *It is possible to make date changes until two weeks before your check-in date for free.
  • About equipment and amenities

  • What equipment and amenities do you have in the rooms?
    Please check the Room page for more details.
  • Is it possible to have a BBQ and meal even if it rains?
    Yes. It is a private indoor dining space, so you can enjoy a BBQ and meal without problems even if it rains.
  • Is there Wi-Fi?
    Yes. We have free Wi-Fi.
  • Do you have an air conditioner and heater?
    Yes. Each building is fully equipped with them.
  • Is there a bathroom and restroom?
    Yes. Each building is equipped with both of them.
  • About use of the tent sauna
    The tent sauna is available from check-in to 7:00 PM.
    We do not have a cold bath, so we recommend going outside to get fresh air.
    You can also enjoy playing in the stream near the campsite, but please be aware that it can be dangerous after it gets dark.
  • About meals

  • Is it possible to bring ingredients and beverages?
    Yes. Please feel free to bring them and enjoy your stay!
  • Do you sell beverages?
    At the administration building, we sell alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and more.
  • Is it possible to bring my fire pit and stove?
    I am afraid bringing fire-causing equipment and cooking equipment is not allowed.
    If you would like to have a BBQ with the Sudomari plan, please make a reservation for them from options.
  • Are there nearby convenience stores and supermarkets?
    Approximately a 10-min drive – Family Mart Gujo Inari and Genky Gujohachiman
    Approximately a 20-min drive – Valor
    If you would like to go shopping, we recommend purchasing what you need before arriving at our facility.
  • What tableware and cookware do you have?
    We have dishes, cups, cooking utensils and more.
  • Others

  • Will a cancellation fee apply in case of rain or a typhoon?
    We prioritize our guests’ safety, so if we determine that it is not possible to operate due to bad weather such as a typhoon or strong winds, we will contact you.
    In such cases, a cancellation fee will not apply. (Please note that the decision will be made by our facility. If you cancel on your own judgment, standard cancellation fees will apply.)
  • Is it possible to do fireworks?
    Skyrocket fireworks and firecrackers are not allowed.
    You can enjoy only handheld fireworks in our designated space.
